Our indoor group classes run daily from our child-friendly Coventry gym, progressing over a 6-week block to build stamina and strength - perfect for both beginners and advanced members looking to level up.

Our indoor bootcamp is a 60-minute, high-intensity class combining strength and cardio for a full-body workout. It’s designed to boost fitness, stamina, and strength in a motivating group environment.

Each bootcamp class accommodates up to 26 participants, creating a lively yet supportive setting where everyone can receive guidance and motivation from the instructor.

No experience is necessary. Our bootcamp is suitable for all fitness levels, and modifications are provided to match beginners and advanced participants alike.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and supportive trainers. Bring a water bottle and towel to stay hydrated throughout the session.

Our 60-minute bootcamp is high-intensity, but you can adjust the pace to suit your fitness level. Instructors provide modifications, allowing everyone to work at their own ability.

No equipment is needed. We supply all necessary items, like weights and resistance bands, for each session.
