Welcome to Revive. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities. By signing up for a membership or using any services provided by Revive, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. General Information

1.1. Revive is operated by Revive Injury Therapy & Rehab LTD located in Coventry.
1.2. Our services include fitness classes, personal training, sports massage and injury rehabilitation, reformer Pilates, Hyrox training, and holistic wellness.
1.3. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have the consent of a legal guardian if under 18.

  1. Membership

2.1. Types of Membership: Membership options include monthly, annual, and pay-as-you-go plans. Details are provided at the time of registration.
2.2. Payment Terms: Membership fees must be paid in advance via the methods specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
2.3. Cancellation and Refunds:
• Monthly memberships require at least 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.
• No refunds are provided for unused sessions or missed classes unless Revive cancels the session.
2.4. Revive reserves the right to modify membership fees with 30 days’ notice.

  1. Health and Safety

3.1. All members are required to complete a health questionnaire before participating in any activity.
3.2. You must inform Revive staff of any health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns that could affect your participation.
3.3. You are responsible for using the equipment safely and following staff instructions. Revive will not be held liable for injuries caused by misuse of facilities or failure to follow instructions.

  1. Code of Conduct

4.1. Members and guests must conduct themselves respectfully at all times. Disruptive, abusive, or harmful behaviour may result in immediate termination of membership.
4.2. Proper attire must be worn during all fitness activities.
4.3. Use of facilities is at your own risk. Revive is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

  1. Class Booking and Attendance

5.1. All classes must be booked in advance. Spaces are subject to availability.
5.2. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.
5.3. Revive reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with notice to members.

  1. Facility Use

6.1. Access to facilities is only available during designated hours. Members must leave promptly at closing time.
6.2. Shared equipment must be cleaned after use. Towels and appropriate footwear are mandatory.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Revive collects and processes personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
7.2. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Revive is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from participation in activities or use of the facilities unless caused by negligence on the part of Revive or its staff.
8.2. Members participate at their own risk and are encouraged to seek medical advice before beginning any fitness program.

  1. Amendments

9.1. Revive reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
